Returns & Exchanges

At Discgolf.eu, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a disc or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused discs or equipment in their original packaging to ensure they are not warped or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our central warehouse in Estonia.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
